How do we work
Our team currently includes 4 members: the Head of Business Intelligence - Piotr Kurkiewicz, and data analysts - Aleksandra Kabat-Karabon, Aleksandra Suwińska, and Sabina Gołąb.
Each of us is a ‘full-stack analyst’, taking ownership of the entire data journey - from understanding and gathering business requirements, through designing and implementing ETL workflows, to performing data analysis, building insightful reports and visualizations, and helping users get the most out of our tools. We're also responsible for building and maintaining our data warehouse - and this is where your involvement will be especially important.
You don’t need to be an expert in every area right away - we support each other and learn together every day :)
